First day at the office

With Brittany starting back to work, Holli gets to come to my place the weeks I'm in town. Today was her first day on the job.

Day 2 - February 2, 2012

Happy Ground Hog Day!

We decided to take a walk at lunch and the pups wanted to come too.

I must of been CRAZY to think I could walk the dogs too. They kept going back and forth in front of the stroller, Scooter wanted to chase squirrels of all things and Zoey acted like she was going to eat the man on the bike. Oh yea, the city was out mowing the grass too!

Thought I would give Brittany and James a night out and keep Holli for them. Brittany and Holli have been a little under the weather and a good nights rest will do Brittany good. So I picked Holli up and we went for a walk.

All in all it was a GREAT sleepover...let's do it again soon!

(eat 4oz at 7pm, slept 7:30-11:30pm, eat 4oz 11:30-12midnight, slept 12-4am, eat 3oz 4-5am was a little fussy, slept 5:30-8:30, eat 2oz 8:30-9am, nap 9-10am, eat 2oz 10-11am, got dressed and played 11-noon until Brittany came over )

we had our 24 week appointment Jan 19 and baby's heartbeat was 153.

i am unquestionably pregnant now. for the longest time, it looked like i just ate way too much for lunch. we like to refer to my belly as "BOB" (Big ole Belly), and we are on a daily belly button watch. the top part has popped out, but the bottom has not (yes, it looks as strange as it sounds). but my belly isn't the only thing that's growing. i have noticed some rapid growth in a certain area directly above my belly (i will let you figure out what), and i do NOT enjoy this nearly as much as i thought i would.

as far as Blakely goes, Miss Priss has been super active lately, and i have enjoyed every bit of it! i absolutely love feeling her move around, and Ryan finally felt her kicks last friday. it was so fun, and it just makes it so much more real! our little lady is getting bigger everyday and should now be around 1.5 lbs. and over a foot long

January 9, 2012 - Holli is 1-month old

Happy Birthday sweet baby girl!!!

Okay, that didn't last long.

Sweet post from her Aunt Tabatha...Thank you SO much for my sweet niece! HAPPY ONE MONTH to baby Holli!!! I can't believe it's only been a month... I feel like she has been with us forever. And I can't imagine life without her!

Off to Nanny's house we go - January 6-7, 2012

Holli made her first trip to Houston at 4-weeks and she was a great trooper. We stopped off in Ennis to eat dinner (including Holli) and then she pretty much slept the rest of the way. We ALMOST made it to Nanny's before we had to pull over (alligator bank) so Brittany could nurse. (We were less than 5 miles from Nanny's)

We arrived late (around 1am) so off to bed we went.
